Meet Andie

My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, empowered and capable of creating change. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds in private practice, hospitals and inpatient facilities. I am a University of Michigan and New York University graduate who strives to create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels safe expressing themselves, building confidence, and learning new skills.

I also enjoy working with athletes and high performers who want to strengthen their mindset, improve focus, navigate pressure, and perform at their best—whether in sports, academics, or other areas of life.

I am an Evergreen Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinician which means that I can adapt an evidence-based treatment modality specifically for each client.

About Me

What I Can Do For You

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs, helping clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create lasting change. When working with kids, I incorporate play therapy techniques into sessions.

Guided by a commitment to measurable outcomes, each treatment plan is optimized through ongoing collaboration, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are implemented with precision and respect for individual experience.
